Ceol Connected is a theatre company that develops and tours music and theatre productions for young audiences. Their most recent production that they are currently creating is inspired by Patrick Kavanagh’s A Christmas Childhood poem. They are creating a new show in partnership with the Patrick Kavanagh Centre, Draíocht Arts Centre and the National Concert Hall.
On Wednesday 15th June they facilitated music and creativity workshops with children in 1st and 2nd class at St. Daigh’s National School. They took both classes to the River Fane for a nature walk and the children sang the river song as they immersed themselves in discovering different pieces of nature.
