St. Daighs’ National School is located in the heart of Inniskeen. We are a rural school based in the centre of Inniskeen. We have strong links with our local community and wider area.
Inniskeen embraces 47 town lands in Co. Monaghan and 7 in Co. Louth. The Ultra modern St. Daigh’s National School was the result of the amalgamation of 4 schools, Inniskeen, Kidnaminsha, Drumlusty and Drumsinnott.
The St. Daigh’s staff is lead by the school’s Principal, Mr Tomás MacGiollachomáin with the assistance of Deputy Principal, Mrs Sandra Cumiskey. There are 9 classroom teachers, 5 Special Educational Needs Teachers, 7 Special Needs Assistants and a school completion officer.
